Tarbox Hyundai

One of Rhode Island's leaders in the automotive industry, The Tarbox Group has recently started construction on a new 26,000 SF dealership in North Kingstown. The facility is located on a 3.5 acre site adjacent to the existing Tarbox Toyota dealership.

 

New site improvements provided vehicle storage, display and customer parking areas, utilities, Stormwater Management System, landscaping, site lighting and major improvements to the Town Roadway fronting and providing access to the site. Extensive project permitting with RIDOT, RIDEM and the Town of North Kingstown was required to secure building permits for construction.

 

LDEC collaborated with CMB Construction Management, RKB Architects and David Gardner & Associates throughout the project. The Dealership is expected to open in the Spring of 2017.
