Middletown Self Storage Expansion

The current Middletown Self Storage Facility has expanded its operation by acquiring the adjacent property on Aquidneck Avenue in Middletown. The existing 8,000 square foot building was fully renovated and a 17,000 square foot building addition was added. The finished product added considerable storage space for customers, and created an overall storage campus environment.

 

LDEC teamed up with architect Paul Burke and site contractor JAM Construction to bring the project from concept through construction. LDEC provided civil/site design, surveying and permitting services throughout the project. Site design elements included a stormwater management system, utilities, lighting and landscaping features, and parking/loading layout with vehicle circulation throughout the entire facility.
