Waterfront Residence

SDE partnered with general contractor Parker Construction and the architectural firm of Dewing Schmid Kearns to design, permit & construct this waterfront residence on Buzzards Bay. 

SDE provided Civil Engineering, Environmental Permitting & Land Surveying services which included a Beach Nourishment Plan, elaborate Drip Dispersal Wastewater Treatment System, Stormwater Management and Construction Layout.
