Waterfront Residence

Bristol, RI

LDEC partnered with Greg Snider Architects and Landscape Architect Sophath Toun for this beautifully designed 7,500 square foot main house with a 900 square foot detached guest house overlooking Narragansett Bay.

Site improvements included elaborate landscaping, pool and hardscape areas, utilities, on-site wastewater treatment system and a storm water management system. Extensive permitting with DEM and the Town of Bristol was required prior to construction.
