Newport Craft Brewery & Distillery

This project involves a major expansion of the existing brewery facility in Newport. Proposed building improvements include a 12,000 square foot addition consisting of a tavern, restaurant and event space. The existing facility is being renovated to house brewery and distillery operations.

In order to support this expansion, an adjacent parcel was acquired to accommodate a variety of site improvements including 150 parking spaces, outdoor event space, landscaping and stormwater management.

LDEC is part of a dynamic design & construction team led by Herk-Works Architecture & Parker Construction Company to bring this project to reality. The facility is slated to open in the fall of 2023.

The completed facility is slated to be fully open by the fall of 2023.
