Tiverton, RI
LDEC partnered with Estes-Twombly Architects for this contemporary 3,800 square foot dwelling overlooking the Sakonnet River.
Site improvements included landscaping, utilities and on-site wastewater treatment system. Extensive permitting with DEM, CRMC and the Town of Tiverton was required prior to construction.
